A Point-to-Point configuration is a dedicated link between two devices, namely the device at the client or premises end (antenna) and the “high-site” or tower end. In this type of setup, the link capacity is reserved for these devices only which ultimately results in higher bandwidth throughput and lower latency. A Point-to-Multipoint or “sectorised” configuration is a link between a client device and a high-site device which is known as a "sector".
